MyPointPool Garmin Nuvi® 200 Automotive GPS Promotion Rules

1. User must use the “Invite a Friend” link to invite people. The link contained in the email allows MyPointPool to track who sends the invites and properly credit the user for any sign ups.

2. Website registrations alone do not count as a “sign up”. Only when an invited user joins a pool is the inviting user credited for the sign up.

3. Once a user has generated 10 pool sign ups, that user is awarded a free spot in the “Golf and the Big Game” pool – a $20.00 value.

4. The promotion will run from Thursday, September 11, 2008 through 1PM, Sunday, September 21, 2008.

5. Once the promotion closes on September 21, the five (5) users who have generated the most pool signups (minimum of 10) will each win a Garmin Nuvi 200 automotive GPS – a $200.00 retail value. These will be sent to the winners no later than October 1, 2008.

6. If a tie occurs, the user who has generated the most sign ups in the “Golf and the Big Game” pool shall be awarded the prize.

7. MyPointPool shall provide daily updates, starting Monday, September 15, of the signup totals for users through the “Alert” link (available to each user after logging in). Starting Monday and each day thereafter (including the morning of Sunday, September 21), all users who have reached the 10 signup threshold will be contacted and awarded a spot in the “Golf and the Big Game” pool.

8. On Monday, September 21, winners of the Garmin Nuvi 200s will be posted on the Alert page of all users.

9. All sign ups are subject to verification. Each sign up must be a different individual. Multiple sign ups by the same person will disqualify that person from consideration.

10. Users registering and signing up for one or more pools must provide valid phone numbers and email addresses so they can be contacted during the verification process.

11. If users signing up are subsequently found to be fraudulent, the inviting user may have all prize awards, including the entry spot into the “Golf and the Big Game” pool, revoked and will be disqualified from further consideration for prize awards.

12. Once the limit of 500 players in the “Golf and the Big Game” pool is reached, MyPointPool reserves the right to end the promotion or open another pool of equal value.
